You don’t have to be around Shaun Rawls long to realize that what matters most to him is what helps his agents succeed. He’s an extremely connected principal, and as genuine and effective a leader as you’ll find anywhere. He truly loves succeeding through others. After many years as one of Atlanta’s top real estate agents, Shaun accepted the invitation to open Keller Williams’ first office in Georgia. With true entrepreneurial spirit coupled with the model Keller Williams has to offer, he built the businesses from scratch. In a few short years, Shaun grew one office with 27 agents to six Atlanta market centers with more than 1,000 real estate professionals. Perhaps even more impressive is that Shaun’s market centers alone have given back over millions of dollars to agents in his company’s agent friendly profit sharing system. Shaun says, “I’m part of a system that truly recognizes the efforts of agents in the real estate industry, and we prove it every day by sharing company profits with those whose reputations contribute to company growth and profitability.”
Shaun is accessible and committed; his zeal to see agents reach their full potential attracts the area’s top talent to the Rawls Group. Each week, he devotes time to mentoring and one-on-one coaching. He believes that providing positive accountability relationships is crucial to the overall performance of his agents, as well as the reputation of his companies.
An Atlanta native and graduate of Georgia Tech, Shaun is an avid proponent of building an on-purpose, balanced life. He models what he wants his agents to understand: that real estate shouldn’t be your life, but it should support it. In addition to operating his six Keller Williams offices, Shaun takes plenty of time to enjoy his family, friends, and hobbies- reading, tennis, golf, and motorcycling. He is married to his wife, Jean, who is also a talented and productive realtor. Together they have two active children.
Jeri Moran
Jeri Moran is the General Manager for all six of Shaun Rawls Keller Williams’s offices in Atlanta. She is also the Operating Principal for Keller Williams Realty Ft. Lauderdale NE, a Regional Trainer for Keller Williams, and a national trainer for Howard Brinton’s Star Power, Buyer University. Additionally, Jeri is a busy personal coach for top producing agents throughout Atlanta.
Before joining The Rawls Group, Jeri was the Team Leader for the Bass Group, which sells over 150 homes a year in the Boca Raton, Fl area. She teamed up with her family, Gail and Richard Bass, and focused on training Buyer Specialists in contracts, time blocking, and her favorite: scripts and dialogues. Before joining forces with her family, Jeri was a Publicist in New York City for cable networks.
Jeri’s passion for the real estate business is driven by her desire to contribute to the lives of the agent’s she trains and coaches. Nothing excites her more in this business than to see an agent achieve their goals and watch their business grow. Jeri believes that you never stop learning and therefore enjoys providing an atmosphere to do just that to the real estate professionals around her.
Jeri was raised in South Florida and is a graduate of Florida State University. In addition to working with Keller Williams’ offices, Jeri loves the theatre, music, and reading, but nothing gives her more joy than spending time with her husband Dave and sons Jacob and Andrew.
